Wide Bay Real Estate

We've been renting through Wide Bay Real Estate for the last 2 years, and they have been absolutely AMAZING! We've never rented before, and Lisa gave us a fair go when none of the other real estates would! They are in no way judgemental and have always been professional, and is always punctual for appointments and inspections. From the moment you walk into their offices you feel welcome, Ebony the receptionist is very professional, friendly and helpful, and as a whole, the team is very customer focused. They were very helpful in finding us a bigger rental to suit our family needs earlier this year. Lisa and Amanda has been our property managers and they really go the extra mile to accommodate and help the tenants. They are both very professional, respectful and friendly. They are proactive, and they always keep us updated on any maintenance regarding the property, and always do follow ups to make sure our issues has been resolved. They always respond promptly to calls. I have recommended a few friends who is now also renting through Wide Bay . I would highly recommend using them to EVERYONE! You've got my vote girls! I would recommend my family and friends to rent through Wide Bay Real Estate. Our property manager Lisa is wonderful at her job. At no stage throughout our tencancy has there been a problem. Unlike other real estates, Lisa acts acts straight away to any maintenance required; we usually have someone out that same day. Lisa is professional at her job, and is always understanding. I would highly recommend to anyone with an investment property or anyone that’s looking for a rental to contact Lisa as she goes out of her way to help you personally. Keep up the great work Lisa.

I have used Wide Bay Realty to manage my properties in Elliott Heads for around 15 years and have always found them extremely competent. They always promptly advise me of any maintenance issues and respond to my queries in an acceptable timeframe. The property manager I have been dealing with for the last two years is Lisa and I wish she was able to manage my other property in Ipswich as I rate her very highly. I did notice a negative comment on here regarding Lisa and I found the comment very hard to believe based on how she has dealt with me. However with there being only one negative comment compared to the numerous positive ones I am sure nobody will take any notice of it. Well done Wide Bay Realty and Lisa for a job well done. Happy to recommend your services any time.

The Rental Agent Lisa Heerink was helpful and friendly while we rented at Wide Bay Real Estate. We would highly recommend Lisa to other customers or future tenants. Lisa was very professional in her work and attitude.

Wide Bay Real Estate has provided me with great rental properties and has friendly and professional staff. I have been provided immediate responses to any concerns or repairs needed on my properties, great communication and reliable service both in and out of the office.
