If you are a property owner and looking for property managers DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS. Here’s why: We entrusted our Bundaberg house to these guys. Having lived overseas for a long time and then back in toowoomba we expected these guys to be doing their job so we can travel. What a big mistake!! Once the tenants lease was over, these guys didn’t even bother to notify the tenants to renew their lease. When we asked them we were given an extremely RUDE answer from the so called owner that “well they’re still paying rent so what’s your problem?” THEN we moved to a different real estate, our tenants moved out only to find out these idiots at Coral Coat never did an entry report. So when our tenants trashed the place, we had no report to show what the place looked like when they first moved in, leaving us out of pocket. We are now extremely HAPPY with the Bundaberg Property Gallery where they do seem to know how to properly manage rentals for home owners. Don’t waste your time on coral coast realty!

Well. No offense. My stepdaughter should be taken of the lease. She was paying her rent. She was giving it to her other half to pay and he was not. He should be holly responsible for this debt.I will take legal action against Coral Coast if they do not remove my stepdaughter from this lease. I will be contacting Coral Coast. It is illegal to keep someone on a lease. Its the same as holding someone against there will. And who in there right mine allows someone to get so far behind in rent. Thats negligence.. Coral Coast is partly to blame for this stuff up. I should say Coral Coast is mostly to blame. I should not mention any names but I'm tempted. Hint. Michael. Can't even put a roof over his own kids head.
