Mark and his team do good work : We are very pleased with our new replacement patio. Despite a couple of hiccups at installation weather and a minor traffic accident Mark communicated well and kept us informed and got the job underway and finished nicely, without too much delay. Competitively priced and good value for money. Yes we would use Mark and his team at Wholesale Patio and Carports again. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting a new patio.
We approached Mark and his team at Wholesale Patios some months ago about quoting on an attached double carport structure. We found Mark and his team to be friendly, informative, knowledgeable and happy to fit in with our timelines. Their price was more than competitive , they use Stratco products and they explained everything very clearly. It took us a little while to have the money and the area ready, but Mark and his group stepped us through the whole process and even did the Council application /request for approval for the build. The boys checked their measurements a couple of times and were so very professional, friendly and courteous. They were available to answer any questions or explain anything we needed to know. Gary installed our carport yesterday, which was a bit of a tricky build. He didn't stop working the entire time he was here and was professional at all times. The area was left spotless and tidy. The new carport looks fantastic and we couldn't be more impressed with Mark, Gary and the crew. We cannot recommend them highly enough for any build, as they have proven themselves honest, prompt and extremely reliable. They made the whole process painless.
Thank you to Mark and the team. Had a back patio replaced and they did a great job! Supply issues beyond their control but kept informed all through the process. Very happy with the results. Glad to recommend their services.

Within the last 3-4 years of completing various upgrades to our property we have been in touch with various contractors, builders, and tradesman. Out of all these encounters Mark and his team were the only ones that: A: Turned up exactly on time. B: Provided expert advice on achieving our desired patio and saw our vision and worked with us to create what we were after. C: Provided the best quote with 0 pressure to go ahead. D: Provided a patio that is of exceptional quality and finish. If you are after all of these qualities, Then give Wholesale a call. We were/are utterly impressed by Mark and the team.
11/10 service from Mark and his team. We approached Mark to install an attached double carport to our home. Mark and the team were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and most of all their communication was excellent. Our original build date was rained out but Mark still arrived onsite at 7am to let us know and our job was rebooked again within days. We would happily recommend Mark and the team and we will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks again Mark.
Mark was great from the beginning quote right through to final installation and kept in touch with updates the entire time. Couldn’t be happier with how the carport looks.
Disappointing, we were happy with the quote provided, just not happy being ripped off. Trying to charge extra for themselves if we went through interest free. Which we have been advised by interest free companies they are not allowed to charge more and being looked in to. They contract for Stratco we were advised certain companies can be used for interest free with no hassles, then advised they had no idea on how to use interest free with the companies that were suggested as they had no training. Certainly not a good look for this business being dodgy and unprofessional. We try to use local businesses, but seems they're no interested to keep customers especially when there this is high potential for more bigger jobs leading on from original job quote. Not slanderous as the response states we have all in writing and phone calls recorded.
We had a great experience with Wholesale Patios Garages and Doors. Mark and Pat were easy to work with and offered great advice. The work was done professionally and on time and on budget. I could not recommend them highly enough.
