I’d prefer to give zero stars. These guys suit their business name as they seem to be on a power trip. Really rude customer service, no compromising or flexibility on times and dates they can do work for you, it’s their way or not at all. You are paying them but they call all the shots. I don’t think so. Have u heard of good old fashioned customer service? Maybe it’s time u realise Without customers u have no business.

Can't speak highly enough of the powertrip team! We have used them now 3 times and highly recommend them. The friendly and knowledgeable office staff were great with booking in the work. The crews that attended all three jobs have been on time, polite and very knowledgeable! We have been very happy with the work every time.

Power Trip installed and serviced air conditioner units into my rental property in Scarborough. The customer experience was seamless and I found them to be very responsive and competitve with respect to price. Would highly recommend.
