Best fish and chips we have had in i don't know how long. Perfectly cooked not oily at all. Service was fantastic the lady had a good chat to our son even with how busy they were. Didn't wait long at all considering how busy it was. We will be going back next time we visit.
Like my photos if you enjoy this eatery. Very local to Airlie beach. Relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating to eat and relax. Stones throw from the beach if you really want to chillax. Well the food was average unfortunately. Beef burger lacked flavour unfortunately. Has no taste whatsoever. Chips were awesome and the customers purchasing the fish were obviously happy. Poor choice on my part. Very polite staff though. But local shop local. Cheers big ears
Called the stall to tell them how the chips oil taste so old and the batter was so hard, they didn’t even care. We had to throw away $80 worth of food away as the kids did not want to eat it. I also explained this and how now we have no food and no a single heart of care given.
Friendly service and exceptional seafood - brought my family for lunch and had a few seafood platters. Home made batter, home made tartare sauce and great chips. Looking forward to our next visit!
Whitsunday Seafood Bar is a small fish & chip shop right in the middle of Airlie Beach. Theres a good range of fish, scallops, oysters, chips, potato scallops & more. You can choose to have the items fried or grilled. This venue also caters for gluten free. We got take away of the snack pack & a few extra potato scallops and by the time we got back to our apartment, all items were still crispy. The batter was just right and crispy and all items were seasoned well. Price is average for fish & chips. Portion size was good. Service was friendly and cooked straight away

Calamari & grill fish with chips. Very fresh sea food and good portion. The place is small and they have a lot of options to eat. The staff very friendly. They don’t have any type of chilli, only suit chilli. Hahaha they need some sriracha. Good prices.
Tried the fish, chips and salad when here on a day trip from Hamilton Island. The three of us all rated it as one of the tastiest, freshest fish and chips we’ve had! Great view of the front beach too!
Loved this place, owner is super lovely and brought out our food for us, suited to our particular burger needs. I absolutely enjoyed this. 10/10 recommend the burgers.
