Story

Delivery Policy
1.Delivery within Australia is not guaranteed on public holidays, Saturday afternoons or Sundays.
2. Same day delivery within Australia from Monday to Friday is possible as long as the order is placed before 2pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
3. If your delivery is urgent please contact our friendly staff on (03) 9888-5953 / 9830-5243 for up to the minute advice on delivery availability.
4. Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regards to time.
5.If the recipient is not at home, the flowers will be left at the front entrance and away from undesirable weather conditions as possible.
6.If you have given us a wrong address and/or access to the property is hindered by a security gate, an additional delivery charge of $10 is payable.
