Friendly and efficient service staff.
I was informed WH had their own electrician on booking job,  but when billed  I was charged a 15% service fee for arranging an outside electrician. Also GST was applied twice, once on electrian’s bill (had to request several times from WH) and again when transferred on to the main WH bill with their own tradie. They tried to explain one of the GST charges as a ‘service charge’ but this was a clear misrepresentation of charges.
Electrician was far better value than their own staff so paid so he could be reimbursed
