"Totally dependable totally reliable...."   TOTALLY NOT!!!   Was strung along for 4 weeks waiting for information only to be given ridiculous proposal "Can't replace a faucet control on your bath, you will have to change the whole bath", didn't even come to have a look, what a joke.   "Meet and frequently exceed customer expectations", didn't even get out of the starting blocks!   Change your add.
