Food is 5 stars, we loved our Signature Croissant Burger and Big Breakfast, also the coffees! However, the wait for food took 1 hour - we were meant to have brunch but ended up having lunch instead. I would have given this cafe 5 stars if not for the long wait.
Found this place as one of the recommended places and we were not disappointed! Ordered the double cheese chilli scrambled eggs, signature croissant burger and matcha latte. Taste was pretty greatsoft shell crab batter was a little over cooked but did impact the taste inside and did not disappointing at all us presentation wise, it was amazing as well. Despite being full with customers and a little understaffed, they were doing the best they could and with a smile too! Lovely simple decor on the inside.
Nice atmosphere and if you come here at 8am on a week day you can get your pick of seats. I actually picked a spot with a power outlet so I could do some work. I ordered their recommended double cheese chilli acramed eggs and it is super filling and you must love cheese to eat this. The serving was generous and the cheese super full on. I think am gonna try something else when am back. It was a touch too much for me but it was very good. Coffee was good, service at the start was also good but when it got busy no one really asked if I wanted any more coffee while I was working. I would come back to try other dishes.
White Mojo has been named as one of the best cafe in Melbourne for age. I always want to visit here for food and coffee and it was great experience. Food was delicious and generous in size. Coffee was good too. Would love to go back again :
I had mocka and the best croissant ever. It was fluffy, crunchy and just sweet enough. Couldn't be happier with the service as well! On top of that the place delivers a pleasing aesthetic. I might put some music on as the coffee machine is quite loud. Otherwise this place is perfect. Love it!Food: 5/5
Food was average. I had the crushed greens. It turned out to be surprisingly sweet which I didn’t enjoy. The portion size was small. Friends had the big breakfast, which was quite regular. Waiting was 20minutes for a table as there was a big crowd. One of our dishes took quite a while to arrive. Only good thing was my soy flat white. The staff was friendly. Saturday brunch at 12:30. Place started clearing around 1:20.
Overall a great brunch spot. The staff are friendly and the restuarant is comfortable. My friend and I shared the french toast and the chili scrambled eggs. Both meals were delicious and the portion sizes were more than enough. The coffee is great too. Definitely worth a visit!
we got the pulled pork tacos with a scrambled egg on the side and the chilli scramble. they were so good! the pork tacos were really juicy and they were generous with the filling. the chilli scramble was a solid portion and rly good as well! went around 10-11am and got a seat immediately + didn’t have to wait long for the food as well. would definitely come back!
Coffee, ordered long black, piccolo & cold drip. Overall ok. Food Double cheese chilli scramble eggs - it is more an omelette - the bun is squashed, especially the bottom one - Taste alright Soft shell crab croissant burger - croissant has been toasted to crunchy can break with a knock by fork - batter is thick and oily, hardly able to see it is a crab Service is good Atmosphere, nice and clean Above is to compare my last visit before lockdown, the presentation was great, the softshell carb can be seen as a carb but not a big piece of batter.
The coffee was nice and creamy - we had the award winning cheesy scrambled eggs and mushroom croquette.. the cheesy scrambled egg had a generous serving and quite cheesy which was great. For the mushroom croquette.. although the croquette was nice the potato mash seemed to be a bit cold.
