Although Google says it is NZ Post, it is a Aramex agency. Poor and expensive service. Asked for a price and the lady with the white hair printed a ticket and said she couldn’t reverse it. Cost difference between NZ Post and Aramex - $9. Cost difference between what her computer showed and what she charged me - $5. Cleary a rip off. Stay away.

Was up the back of Whitby post shop when all the lights went off and the look of horror when the lady saw me.. NO she said im closed! I dont have time for this! And was just short of pushing me out the door!! Wow terrible customer service!! At least check no one is in the shop before you close up!!

Super convenient as never too busy so don't have to queue. A good range of packaging and post options as well as stationary items etc
