Fresh and flavorful! Lovely staff. We had the pork, soft shell crab and duck Bao.

Tried Japanese Panko Fried Chicken bao from What the Bao Food Truck at Curtin and it was delicious! For me, a single bao was slightly small for a meal but two would have been too much. Will definitely try it again next time the truck comes around :

Food delicious but a wee bit pricey. Not the biggest portion sizes either. Bruce Lee would recommend it.

Pretty good... the bun was a bit wet, and it’s definitely overpriced. Taste was pretty on point though. 4 stars is being generous.
