Received for appointment time with a comforting smile and manner. My procedure was done with a happy group of nurses and surg which was comforting. Those guys do a great job working under pressure so from me all they get is praise and my vote for a higher pay rate as they deserve it per cent

Great level of care for mum. Making the public parking sign a different colour to all the other types of parking would be helpful as turns out there is only one public parking area? Got a bit confused lol.
Went into colonoscopy dept on 6th October, what great Profesional courtesy service I received from. DR Chris Harmston and his nurses every thing was excellent from reception to the end, modern clean,cannot thank everyone enough
Well that was an ‘experience’. Someone who is 75yrs old never been in hospital for illness - only to have 1 child nearly 52yrs ago, my mum. THANK YOU to the extremely overworked staff in Emergency, Assessment and Renal Units in these trying times. You showed my mum care and kindness to help her through her 1st health scare and put up with my slight melt down - 4 hospital trips 1 doc visit in 5 days kind of tested the nerves. It is my turn to take care of my mum and staff trusted my confidence enough to ask if I was from a medical background No - only 20yrs animal welfare so kind of the same ‍ Three days doesn’t seem like such a big deal to be in care however I thought this was going to end very different - Thank you, bless you all.
Most of the staff are so kind and Also great with children. One thing that I noticed with many of the nurses is that they would tell me my symptoms were probably anxiety when it was hypocalcemia and I had low calcium levels.Please do not assume a person's medical issues are anxiety.
Hospital and staff were under pressure. Not enough of them to go around. Had an awful experience at the coffeehouse there, who wouldn't serve me, even for a take away coffee and I said I'd wait outside but they just flatly refused because I wouldn't wear a mask. I boycott them all now. The hospital should change the coffeehouse.
Awesome team at the Endoscopy Suite at Whangarei Hospital. Wait times can be long even after arrival but that's to be expected. Thank you all for what you do.
Good . Doctor sue stitched my leg . She was good .an professional ..all those people are grt people involved with health care .an do a fantastic job .with out them we be screwed . Thank you to all.
Just want to say a big Thankyou to all the staff in ED from the Ladies at Reception, Nurses, Orderly, Xray lady, Physio and the Doctors you where all so kind and helpful Dr Loo you are a such a caring helpful wonderful Dr a big Thankyou. Once again thankyou all so much for your help.
