Worse bank ever ! Being told any payments last year right before xmas were not taken out on the 23 24 that weren't even a public holiday and now wake up to find those payments being taken out right before school and work starts back . Grate job west pac putting us customers first all right . Im 100 percent moving banks .
Getting to the point bank dose not think about customers. Branch after branch close down . When you call waiting time all the time over 45 min . when you last get to them that part of the phone banking can't help put to another branch . Look like only profit in the mind for the AUS's .
Worst ever no staff long wait times
Five positions and only two tellers. absolutely a definite no star rating. But I am obliged to click on one star otherwise I can't post, I would not recommend this Bank and I am glad I don't bank there
They saved me hundreds of dollars in bank fees and charges,what bank does that,they care about there customer and explained in simple English how to get the most out of there account.all staff are helpful and caring,high five team westpac rotorua.regards Chris benham
Should be no star I been there for creat a new account and been told if I close all other bank accounts then I can creat a new account . Why would someone do that worst bank service ever
The wait time to be seen was quite painful. However once i was seen, i couldn't have been more pleased with the service. The team were happy to help me exchange money into my nz account far better rate than what the travelex quoted me at the airport and even gave me an eftpos card on the spot to use These are posted out in Australia. Under the circumstances i was back for tangihana i was pleased that the team at westpac made what i thought would be a stressful encounter a very pleasant one. Thank you team Rotorua!
Your standard Westpac bank, only ever has a couple of counters open but there are all service ATMs inside the door and inside the bank proper. Staff are friendly and helpful.
