This is my first experience with credit union and has been amazing. Mr. Mark manager at rotorua branch, Ash from Tauranga branch, maliessa from rotorua has been very swift in doing all the formalities and got my loan done in a day. Same Interst rate has been approved which I was looking for. Overall experience has been amazing with First credit union. Would strongly  recommend.

Hi I was well taken care of. The onli e application for a loan was easy enough to navigate. I was approved quickly with little fuss. I went to the bank where I was met by Larissa. She was lovely. Quick speedy amazing. Ladies at front desk were awesome helpful as,kind. Ashleigh from the emails was so quick with everything and I felt she genuinely wanted me to get the reconciliation. And our man that helped me sign all the paperwork was absolutely amazing. Overall happy as cant complain.

I have been with Credit Union for over 25 years.  My experiences have been positive. The staff I have encountered have always served me in a professional manner with general enquiries, like bank balances, updating  my contact details, re-payments of my loan, finalizing my loan  application etc. My three 3 children are members as well  31, 21 and 9 who is a Jimmy Jumper club.  My bank fees are not high either. Thank you First Credit Union for looking after myself land my family
