Today I went into the branch to drop off a westpac bag of money for business. I just want to say,, the lady named Kelly was quite rude and abrupt. It doesn't hurt or ost anything to smile and be polite in mannerism. Instead I went to a different counter with the lady in red and she was most polite.. Thank you. Kelly should take a leaf from the other tellers book!
Met with Udesh to discuss potentially getting a credit card and even though I let him know that i wasn’t going to be applying for one today he took me through each card in detail and was 10x better than the other 4 big banks I visited that day
