Opening hours, or lack of them has driven us to another bank, after 13 years they've lost our custom. I went twice, both times it's been closed. It's not open two days a week and closes at 2.30 on other days. I've moved our business to ANZ Bank across the road where they still put the needs of their customers first.
Opening hours are crazy how are you supposed to make a appointment when they’re only open 2 day’s a week and then close at 2pm. Not good enough
Went to bank this morning.Only two teller's working.14 customers waiting .Not good for business.Like others considering changing banks
