Thankyou Ros for helping me with my September Mastercard Statement late Monday afternoon. It was a real mess due to my iratic payments and my inability to understand what I have done. They really don't deserve even one star. I was promised a call back by the branch manager regarding an account. he seemed reasonable at the time but there has been no follow-up, and no delivery on promises. Since that promise I have called many times long after the promised call back was due and been told the second time that that they were looking into it. Since then my calls usually to the voicemail are just not returned. If you want decent service don't come here. I will be leaving when this account matures.
Pleasant enough staff but somehow it always seems sloooow to get things done here and you might need to ask different staff members for help. For me a card/account association one staff member said was not possible was fixed up in a few minutes by another who knew her way around the system. Had a similar problem some years ago when a staff member wanted to charge me a fee on each US dollar cheque I had to deposit to my normal Aussie dollar account. Went to another branch and was just charged once for the batch!
My card has been lost in transit between Dee Why and Manly for over 2 weeks now and no-one knows where the card is or what to do. You can never get through to speak to someone on the phone either- only the answering machine and my calls have never been returned. Poor service.
