I’ve always had friendly and helpful service from the staff here, I’m glad it’s not inside Eastland Shopping Centre because access is easier.

After waited in the line for an ID verification, the teller told me to wait for Helen who manages with accounts. After a few minutes, the teller handed me her business card, told me to make an appointment with her and go back again as she has to go for lunch. Seriously?! I was with my toddler and carrying a baby, you cant do a simple ID verification which I have opened an account myself online. Westpac, clearly you have to improve your customer service.
