Accommodation in furnished one or two room units with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning.

Meals:
Breakfast is from a self-service servery and can be consumed in the privacy of your room if preferred
A hearty lunch, the main meal of the day, including dessert is served in the dining room at noon
The evening meal is available from a self-serve servery and can be consumed in the privacy of your room if preferred
Fresh fruit and snacks are also provided
Coffee and tea self-serve available 24 hours

Facilities:
All our facilities are on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible.
Fresh bed linen and bath towel supplied weekly.
Free use of our laundries for single room unit residents for your personal washing, detergent is also supplied (2-room units have own facilities in room).

Public transport near main entrance.
Ample off street parking for resident’s vehicles, some under cover.
Scooter parking and charging area.
Outdoor sitting areas, BBQ facility and covered walkways.
Covered outside smoking areas.

Wireless internet access available in most units and rooms.

GP Doctor (bulk billing) visits regularly for general consultations, medication scripts, specialist referrals, etc.
Emergency doctor house calls are also available.
Robina public hospital and 2 medical centres with dental care and x-ray facilities are close by.
Medication is delivered at no extra charge.

No ACAT Assessment is required.

Caged animals such as birds and hamsters (no reptiles) are generally allowed.
Small dogs may be allowed in some units but an additional ‘pet deposit’ may apply.
All pets need to be approved by management.

Specialty Dinner Parties and BBQ are held monthly.
Weekly bus trips to local shopping centre, mystery trips, excursions and many other things are also available, some at a modest cost.
