The mall looks nice with lots of natural lights from the high ceilings. Several seating areas to rest while shopping. Improved choices of shops over the years, clothing stores, and the food court choices offers more than just the boring cafe and has some entertainment / play area for the kiddies. The rest rooms do need a update though. Car parking is ticketed parking, free if under 3 hours.
I grew up going to West Lakes, so it's wonderful to know that the old stomping grounds haven't deteriorated over time. Far from it, they're always adding and developing new areas, I feel like I'm going to find a new store every time I go! Overall, good range of stores, always clean, rarely so busy that it's a problem.
Great range of shopping options covering big and small names across a wide range of categories. This is the two stars are earned. and cannot give higher than that. Every time I have been there, the roof is leaking. Buckets scattered through out the mall, damaged flooring and walls. It feels outdated, tired and not well maintained. Unfortunate for the poor patrons and staff who have to put up with it. Premium location, average experience.
My first visit to this place and it won't be my last. Excellent range of stores and eating places. Very modern and well laid out.
Great place to shop just a shame there was a 3 hour free parking we would like to have spent more time and money but had to leave so we didn't have to pay for parking. It's a shame really, no encouragement for people to shop there.
It is so beautiful, so much natural sunlight, plants everywhere, gorgeous wicker lightshades that probably cost a fortune but it's just magnificent to visit, I love how all the food goods and cafes have matching chalkboard signs it's really brings the whole place together as a United group of businesses. Very well laid out easy to find everything. Ticket parking is free for the first 3hrs then only $2 for 3-6hrs etc. Cheap rates well looked after. Definetly worth a visit to see how a well planned centre should look like. Great range of shops, very clean, Well done guys..
Ticketed parking and interesting approach to an empty car park. It was free none the less. Did strike me as strange as I was visiting one of the outlying businesses
Paid parking is a nightmare! Please provide and place floor plan sketches for convenient navigation inside the shopping centre.
I wish we had more shops in the centre, but in general the lighting in here are mostly natural and makes it inviting. The outside play ground is great for children to unwind and cope with bigger shopping times too.
"Tic tac toe, around I go, if I miss, I get this.". If a mall is to be large, it's layout must confuse shoppers. This one does. Window shoppers, you are exempt! It's stocked with shops- the mainstays n the community specific types. Woolies n coles near each other, Kmart n Target at discrete distance, JB hi-fi plonked on upper floor, perhaps keeping an eye out for Harvey Norman, Optus, Kathmandu, Cotton on, David Jones big guy. Harris Scarfe sports well organized product showcase, show it to Marie Kondo, will ya! Good stuff. Plenty of space to park, wide vistas leading to West lakes. Of course there are cafes n restaurants both inside from Reading cinema n outside. Though tables are taped, it's heartening see dining rights being reclaimed one table at a time. Is it worthy of a visit? Yes. Shopping experience? Well, if you don't get dizzy, your wallet's loaded to max then you can enjoy. Otherwise just window shop n burn calories!!
