Has a bit of everything, Coles, Bakers Delight, Smokemart, Cake shop, Pharmacy and a few others inside and out. There's a KFC, Dan Murphy, Sushi shop as well as a petrol station and others. Unfortunately due to increased rent Neds which l loved has had to close clown and vacated about 3 weeks ago.
There is a lady at Coles called Slavica who should be registered as a national treasure. She is a mum to some friend to other and has a great sense of humour. She is also freaking hilarious. Best customer service ever. I live at Christies but do my shopping on the way home at Welland just to see her.
Welland Shopping Plaza is a convenient neighbourhood centre with a solid mix of supermarkets, specialty stores, and casual food options. It’s easy to access, parking is straightforward, and it’s a practical spot for everyday shopping without the crowds.
Used to go here after I finished work at TQEH. Has all your needs in the one place. Especially Sushi yum!
Easy to Park not too large easy to navigate zip my way around it quickly without wasting my time
