This shopping center is getting better and better. More high-end stores are coming. Good food and nice people. I'm enjoying my time here. Still more to come and be done, but NLSC is going right direction.

Multiple car parks and a good variety of shops. The outdoor dining areas are great and our favourites as well as having the cinemas and ikea onsite. Always security patrolling the centre which is nice and the cleaners and Westfield staff are polite and helpful and the toilets are always clean and stocked. My only suggestion is being more strict with stores opening on time because Harli & Harper took over an hour today with no notice or anything. I’ve also seen a few other retail stores open minutes late on different occasions. It would be great to see some additional seating for the foodcourt as well, as we always struggle on Thursday late nights to get a table.

We were looking after thenGrandkids. Took them to Westfield North Lakes. Great morning - food, babychinos, ice cream, and the play area beside Cafe Cherry Beans. Erica who was the concierge gave the children Toy Story light up wrist watch style bands.

Shopping centre absolutely stinks of mould at the area around the entry to Big W. I noticed sections of the roof there had many vent holes most likely to do with the air-conditioning so can only assume that the smell was coming from there. I noticed this smell last time I visited that part of the centre a few months ago but today it was so strong I decided to leave the area and go somewhere else. I will be reporting this to council ASAP. I felt very sorry for the people who work in the kiosks in that area outside Big W. Mould exposure poses serious risks to public health and safety and I’m sure that shopping centre management would be more than aware of it. .

We really wanted to take a moment to thank the incredible management team here at Westfield North Lakes along with the incredible security team! As a vendor, we are so thankful to each and everyone that help keep Westfield north lakes safe and an enjoyable shopping experience for customers. The security team are so lovely and will always stop to say hello, stop and chat to customers, check on people to make sure they are ok and are always there in a flash when called for assistance. We have been in other centres before but the North Lakes team stand  out above the rest and we cannot thank them enough.
