The shopping centre itself has a fantastic range of retailers and restaurants however, the last two trips (for Christmas shopping) in a week and a half I've noticed it is uncomfortably hot in the centre. A large number of stores had absolutely no air conditioning and overall the centre was not pleasant to walk around, due to just how warm it was. Given that it is a huge and very popular centre, it is summer and peak purchasing time, you would hope that Westfield would be making more than enough money to ensure a cool environment for its shoppers and the poor staff that are working all day in the horrible heat. According to several staff members however it (Westfield) has advised they are not responsible for cooling all stores, absolutely ridiculous!

This place is great to rack up some steps. It's a nice longish walk from end to end with a little side trip down to Ikea half way along. Oh, and there's some shops there too.😄

Great shopping centre with all the main stores. Good choice of restaurants and a great cinema. Recently though we have notice a lot of cockroaches in the kids outdoor play area attached to the main food court. Our group notified to centre management a few weeks ago but it doesn't look like anything has been done about it.

Our local shopping centre. Not much you won't get here or nearby. Clean modern and good parking options.

It's the shopping centre for the far north side of Brisbane. Parking is ample but after three hours you are charged for it. Which means you have to pay for the experience of shopping at Westfield. I have never spent more than a few hours there. The centre has everything you would need.
