I have been attending the clinic for the past 5 months with an ongoing eye problem and have found the staff and doctors to be very attentive and helpful.

My mother and I have been going to the specialist centre for 6 months now (once a month) and the staff there have been friendly towards us. IF there is a payment to be made we have been warned about it in multiple stations (we have to see the orthoptist before we see the specialist and they both warn us about the payment). Our normal specialist had an accident and we could not see him for this appointment but we had another doctor taking over mum's care who requested a special x-ray (in the same office taken by the orthoptist) but we were NOT charged for it and we were told that multiple times.

I cannot believe how these people do not listen. My sister is a pensioner & they never warn her if she has to pay, they just assume she has money all the time. When you walk in & stand at the reception to let you know you are there, they don't even acknowledge you & say sorry I'll just be a moment. They also made her stand up to have a test (she has a walking device for a reason!!!!) 😡

This is where I Go to See my Opthalmologist (Dr John Mckenzie) and this Place is Bright and Beautiful and the Staff there is so Informative including the Orthoptists and the Reception Staff who Manage the Front Desk doing Paperwork Making Appointments and Answering the Phones PS it is near Highpoint Shopping Centre.
