We went here with our daughter who was under a year old at the time. During the fears with Covid we felt so unsettled and nervous, on top of worries with her eye, but the staff here were absolutely lovely and so fantastic. The staff here know exactly how to engage with young one's to keep them distracted and calm. We felt so cared for and in the best of hands!
I would highly recommend Dr.Shivanand Sheth. Not only he is patient with kids, he is extremely knowledgeable. He explains is detail on whats the root cause of issue and suggested kids to spend time outdoor to keep the lens prescription down!
Dr Shivanand is patient and great with kids. He's very experienced in handling very active boys which is helpful during an eye check! The only downside to this place is the queue is very long due to its popularity.
Dr Anu Mathew did a fantastic job fixing our 15 month old daughters blocked tear duct. Probing surgery was reasonably priced and the whole experience was very thorough and professional. Thank you and I highly recommend your clinic to others
We have been going to the Children's Eye Clinic at RCH for over a year now and have been really impressed by the child focused care here. We had tried another ophthalmologist but didn't have a great experience. The real difference here is the way they cater to children - their interest, attention spans and needs. We have been seeing Assoc. Prof. James Elder ophthalmologist and Cheng Yi Ng Orthoptist here and they have been incredible. We have just left an appointment with Cheng Yi and couldn't get over how fantastic she is with children - she seems incredibly experienced at engaging toddlers and catering eye tests to their interests. Our son loves going to the eye doctor which is a big contrast to the first place we tried.
Lack of care & communication. Don’t deserve even 1 star..
I've been going there for 16 years and there has never once been a problem.
Rejected my gp's referal only because I'm 16.
Best eye care I could ever want for my children, thoroughly recommend eye clinic
