Very nice place to play Squash. Great people. I had some lessons with Chris Morgan, patient Coach and he looks to fix your weaknesses!nAll in all a good place with competitive members and reasonable costs.

My son has made excellent progress since joining the swimming school around 2 years ago, thanks to Jo and the team’s fantastic swim program, professional coaching and friendly services as always. Clean facilities, experienced instructors and friendly staff. The school is dedicated to swimming lessons and focuses on small classes and relationships between children and the teachers. Highly recommend the school! Keep up the good work Jo and the team. Thanks for everything!

I want to start by acknowledging the staff—I’ve always found them to be friendly and professional, providing great service where they can. This review is not a reflection of them but rather the operations and management of the squash department.nnMy friends and I have been playing here consistently for the past three months, growing from a group of two to nearly nine players. Some of us, including my brother from Mill Park, travel quite a distance to play. However, we’ve consistently faced challenges with court bookings. Despite booking two courts, we often end up securing just one due to system issues, cancellations, or last-minute no-shows. The same technical difficulties persist, yet nothing seems to be addressed.nnOn one occasion, after struggling to get our booked courts, we extended play slightly—about 15 minutes over time. Rather than being politely notified, the manager confronted us and accused us of “abusing our booking privileges.” This was frustrating, especially considering we hadn’t even received the courts we had initially booked.nnA similar issue arose when there was an error in our booking timing. The centre mistakenly believed we had exceeded our time and attempted to charge us for an additional 15 minutes. Although they later admitted the mistake and apologized, it felt like my friend—who consistently books the courts and has brought in significant business—was being unfairly singled out. Despite raising these concerns, he has received no follow-up or resolution.nnGiven that this is the only squash facility in the area, we have continued to play here. However, I believe it’s important to bring attention to how we’ve been treated. My intention with this review is not to spread negativity but to highlight an ongoing issue in hopes of improvement. I know many other members have had great experiences here, and I’d love to see this centre reach its full potential. If these concerns are addressed, I’d be more than happy to update my review to reflect a more positive experience.

Westerfolds magically and dramatically elevated our children's swimming skills and their confidence around water in general. After trying a number of reputable schools, we were so relieved Westerfolds got rid of the fear of water our children had post Covid, and grateful for their outstanding teaching expertise, affinity with children and clean facilities.nI believe it is a small and boutique family business, teachers are hand-picked and well trained. Highly recommend.

Both my kids have had a great progress since they joined, very clean and absolutely helpful and friendly staff. My daughter has completed level 7 , and their teacher honestly advised us to move her to a bigger pool. Great communication. Strongly recommend , if you are looking for a pool specific for kids for hygiene reasons.
