Thanks Jason for fitting me in so quick to get the towbar installed on my car. I was originally stuffed around by another place I was meant to get the towbar installed. After speaking with Jason, he managed to fit me in the same day and his team did a perfect job. Excellent experience

Absolute joke of a business! Damaged my CLA45 AMG to a point where I had water ingress all through the car, didn’t even have the decency to take accountability and apologise and continuously dragged their feet while trying to work out a solution, refused to cover any cost of the damage. Honestly avoid this business if you can!

Great price and awesome service had a towbar fitted and on another occasion a trailer rewired and lights replaced . Both jobs done perfectly at better rates than I was quoted from competitors.

Actually got recommended here from a friend, I was looking for a certain part for the longest time with in 15 min I had not only found a way better fit for my car the reualts were like half the price.

Just had a towbar installed on my H6. Absolute mint and excellent service from the booking all the way through to pick up!

Had a towbar fitted to my Xtrail last week and couldn't be happier. Friendly service from start to finish. Was given a lift to shops while the work was done and then picked up when completed. Terrific business and highly recommend.

I entrusted my vehicle to Rockingham Towbars to fit a towbar, brake controller and trailer plugs. I returned to collect my vehicle and found the transmission jammed and engine warning lights illuminated. The guy who installed the fittings advised me he had forced out the gear shifter to install wiring and had experienced difficulty getting the selector for the brake controller fitted. He assisted to get the gear selector into drive so I immediately took the car to my usual repairer for assessment. The transmission had blown out, cost to repair $4950. Upon completion still engine warning lights. Suspected blown computers but found to be wiring issues. Car towed to auto electrician who assessed the installer of the brake controller had drilled through car firewall into the electrical hub severing transmission wiring and mangling other electrical wiring. Cost to repair $808.00. Spoke to the Manager Craig on numerous occasions but he will not accept any responsibility. I was told my car was old and ordinary and not worth the cost of repairing. They would remove their fixtures and refund my $1645.00 the amount I paid for the botched fitting but I didn't want them to touch the car again. Two months later my car is operational again and I'm hoping Consumer Protections can assist to get some compensation for my inconvenience and loss. I have to give one star to post my review, this is way too generous!!
