Pretty good doctor's, receptionist awesome, but I could've been asked if I wanted to change doctor's. I'd been looking for a doctor for month's.

New owner is an Asian lady doctor and she is good with patients. The staff provide very bad customer service, receptionist is ill mannered.  Poorly trained and no understanding of treating patients with empathy. Not fluent in English, very rude and confrontational.  I was with Dr Winfield for more than 6 years and now I am treated poorly by this clinic.

Great Doctor and receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

I visit this clinic on 13/09/18 at 1:30pm to see docter because I was having high fever of 38.8*. But receptionist over there is very very rude I have ever seen.  First the desk was unattended n I took a seat as they written. Then she came out after 5-7 mins n said we closed for today and there was just one patient docter dealing with. I requested her several times that please I am feeling very bad I really need to see docter even I can wait here if you think you have couple of mins you can send me in to see docter. But from start to end she was behaving abnormal all the time n she didn’t even ask me once that how bad my situation is? Isn’t it’s there first priority to ask patient whether he need any emergency or any referral to other docter or to go see hospital.? I had very bad experience at this clinic so I’m giving my review so other patients can be aware too. Thanks everyone.

Great new staff ,  Dr Winfield has been my family doctor for many years and glad no need to look elsewhere , a relief .

Hes a good Doctor Compare the doctor I see now. I think I go back to him hes far away from me.  he always treat me the  right treatment.

Dr Winfield at Westall Medical Clinic is a lovely and thorough and spends quality time on each patience listening to symptoms

Really understanding of my sickness nothing bad to say.
