Had a great experience there yesterday.  More than willing to share their experience and knowledge. Fantastic customer service and it wasn't  as if I was spending many $s.  Would be more than happy to recommend them to others.  Keep up the great work

Think twice about having your Rib repaired by Rib West. I took my rib that had a small air leak there to be fixed. After they rudely told me I had bought a cheap rubbish Chinese import they took $800 from me and they couldn't even show me where or what they fixed. They then also told me they would not warrant their repair. After I got my Rib home it was already going flat. I then rang back the following week and spoke to the rude repair guy that big notes himself with more than 30 years experience, he told me where they had put one patch on a leak (1x Patch $800 ????). I then checked that patch for leaks and yes, it was leaking. I then rang the rude guy and got nothing but smart ass dribble. I ended up repairing their patch after googling how to fix it. Now it is fixed.

After all that said do yourself a favour and go somewhere else ........
