Boat City is a well-established company that deals with every aspect of the marine industry. It's proprietor Graham Gow, has been in the boating industry for over 30 years. The majority of the years were spent as a highly regarded marine technician. These years of experience spent in the marine industry allows Graham to know just how important boat reliability and service is to his customers and insures that all boat rigs are subjected to the highest standard.

Purchased a boat from Boat City in 2007, still have the boat all going great. It is a shame I live so far away from these guys otherwise I would always take my boat there for a service, there attention to detail is second to none Pete. Have been looking at upgrading for sometime now & have researched and looked at allot of other brands, will most likely end up back at the Shop with Graham, Anthony & Pete.
Have dealt with both Graham and David at Boat City and found their service to be fantastic. Highly recommended - a boat dealership with people who genuinely care. Cheers
Just purchased a new 60hp Yamaha outboard with these guys. They also moved our boat onto a new trailer, and went to great lengths to have it all set up right. It was obvious that thier highest priority was for things to be right for us. BTW, the price was great too. I phoned all the main ones, and Boat City was cheaper than Suzuki, Honda, or Mercury. David guided us through the whole process in a really friendly and informative way. I would recommend them to anyone!
Pretty good n knowledgeable crew there
I have had numerous dealings with the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Boat City over the years and can absolutely recommend this business to anybody. First class top rate on every level..... I have been going there for my boating and fishing needs for years now and have never had a problem with Graham and his staff, as a female I sometimes feel that the male staff don't take me seriously at other businesses that I have visited but at Boat City I am treated with the utmost respect and no questions asked have been ignored or passed over by the staff there. If they haven't got it in stock they will always get it in and ring me when it has arrived, I honestly cant say enough good things about this business. Great stuff you guys keep up the good work........
Customer service was non existent. We’re friendly when I purchased the gear I needed for a service on my outboard but a very different experience when I tried to return the 1ltr engine oil as I realised I had some at home already. Rude and arrogant even after asking to speak to a manager. Will never shop there again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Thanks
Carried all the service parts I needed and have a fair few items in the shop as well. Staff knowledgeable and gave advice as needed. Will go back back for parts in future and would consider having them service my engine as well if I can’t do it. Just not 5 stars as price is a bit higher than expected compared to dealers over east and online, with some providing free postage as well.
Anthony and the crew at Boat City repowered my boat 3 years ago with a 60 HP Yamaha outboard and installation was first class. Their servicing since has also been exemplary, we have just finished 2 weeks fishing in Sharkbay and the boat ran like a dream. Can’t recommend Boat City high enough, well done guys and thank you.
Ordered an f130 engine mid december, only time i got any feed back on its arrival was when i cancelled the order at the end of may.
Consumer affairs ordered this company to pay for the replacement fuel tank to the floating bomb they sold me but they said they would only pay half i felt so sorry for Graham the owner as i heard he is going broke that i told them to keep it
