Fantastic day trip with friendly staff

A must do if you visit Strahan or Queenstown. The commentary was excellent. Very interesting learning about the mining history on the West Coast of Tasmania.  The train meanders through natural forest/rain forest and you can see Huon Pine trees. Very scenic.

A very charming station. Quite and I guess it brings a lot of memories to the people in Strahan. The station is located by the Long Bay and that's made more interesting. You can find cafe and souvenir shop at the station. Parkings are available too. And it not far from Strahan Village. Cheers.

Brilliant rail journey. We had a great host who gave the right amount of information. The train trip was lovely and the overall experience was great.

What a beautiful fishing town plenty to see & do . The locals are very interesting The food there is mouth watering a Sunday market by the water. Powered water craft it's a must see for the family
