Great to know that sexism and misogyny are still alive and kicking! Walked in to look for some help on a new bike, made eye contact with the guy working there... no response.. straight up ignored me.. 10 minutes later in walks another man, this guy straight up races to walk and ask him if he needs help. When I then asked for assistance he turned to tell me 'he's busy right now'. Literally terrible customer service will not be returning again.

I've had two bikes serviced at Wembley Cycles in the past month. Both bikes came out feeling brand new. I was particularly impressed when I brought my time trial bike in for a full service (at $250) and the mechanic suggested that, based on a visual inspection, I get the basic service instead. He promised he would inspect the bike fully anyway but only charged me for parts and labour when something was wrong. Probably saved me $100 - this is the type of customer service that keeps people coming back. And the coffee's pretty good, which is an added bonus!

Great service and provided assistance plus replacement fork to get me back in the race when my bike broke at the biggest race of the year, guaranteed no other shop could have provided that. Also assisted getting part that failed replace under warranty quickly. Good customer service as usual.

Great shop, coffee available too. Booked same day servicing is fantastic. The guus always follow up and make sure everything is of a fee days after your service or repair.
