What do you do when you've 25km away from where you started, and your pedal starts coming loose? Fortunately I was in Dunsborough and could stop in at the Bike Shed. Graham helped me out in minutes, and soon had me on my way again, along with some expert tips and advice. Very friendly and helpful. If you need bike repairs, I definitely recommend giving these guys your business!
Excellent! They did exactly what was needed to be done, did it well, and were fairly priced. Well worth dropping your bike in for a service.
Cool shop, with a good amount of stock in many categories, friendly service and straight advice. Rental bikes are in good condition and of a good range/quality. We will surely come back

I have hired and purchased my first new bike in ten years from Graham and Lee at the Bike Shed. I can not speak highly enough of their level of expertise and the customer service provided both from a sale perspective and after sales with maintaining your new investment and pride and joy. I would happily recommend the bike shed to anyone looking to hire a bike or starting out in mountain biking right through to competitive level or seeking individual ride coaching.
Resident of Perth but had a bike issue. Got the run around in Busselton. Called Lee at Bike Shed in Dunsborough - courteous on phone, and said bring bike in. Great service, and attitude. Had bike fixed ahead of time, and even fixed up some other things while at it. Price was very good for what he did and in the time frame. Will be my 'go to' bike mechanic in south west moving forward. Highly recommended.
Dropped a bike in there just before Xmas with brake issues that I couldn't fix after multiple bleeding attempts. Not expecting to get my bike back for a long while. 3 days later bike is ready after they diagnosed a pretty obscure issue. No parts required quick and inexpensive. Brakes are now spot on. Thank you.
Hired bikes for the day, in great condition and pleasure to ride. Staff gave good advice on local road safety and suggested the perfect route for a day trip, taking in a stop for lunch at the brewery. Thanks for facilitating a great day out!
I was lucky to meet Lee five years ago when I bought my first Tri bike. His passion for service and excellence is to be admired. He and his team have saved my friends and I lots of dollars. Worth the drive from Busselton to Dunsborough every time.
