The best Doctors Surgery I have been to on Bribie Island. The Doctors here actually care about their patients unlike most of the others I have dealt with on the island. The reception staff are lovely and very accomodating. There is also a Pathology service adjoined to the practice and a chemist right next door. Ample parking and wheelchair accessible. I can highly recommend Dr Goli and Dr See, however all the Doctors here are lovely people. I cannot speak highly enough of this Practice.
Fantastic Clinic! Reception staff always friendly and on the ball. Dr Boghraty was very thorough and what he thought might have been the problem was spot on! Highly recommended.
This practice is a gem. They have been looking after my family and many of my friends for a long time. I can tell you they are a genuine caring family practice a dying phenomenon and I have witnessed on many occasions just how caring the doctors and staff are. They go above and beyond. I’ve seen elderly patients being driven home when their car broke down and numerous other acts of kindness - they often do follow up on how we are going after a serious health occurrence. So thankful we have them.
No follow up at all unless you do the chasing - Can never speak to a Dr to find out a test result without making a booking, this is so they can charge you a fee to visit. Seems to be all about the money, not the patient care! Had been a patient with this practice for over 20 years - not once had they ever rang to see how operations or specialist visits went. My family have changed surgeries recently and are stunned at the level of care and concern our new practice shows.
My health concerns have always been addressed by the doctors in a comprehensive and caring way. Also appreciate the longer opening hours.
Great clinic, doctors and staff are very friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family in the area
