Saw Dr Rayner for a one off consultation as my regular doctor was unavailable, omg, rude, arrogant, condescending, belittling and no understanding of my situation as a disabled person. Actually question my regular doctor decisions and assessments who I have be happy seeing for over 8 years. He also wrote things on forms that he didn’t even discuss with me at the time of the consultation. I have had a lot of interaction with doctors over the years due to my disability and Dr Rayner would rank highly as the least compassionate and understanding with the worst bedside manner…he also seems to have serious problems making eye contact. Will never see him again.
Dr Blanco is the best caring professional doctor i have had, he is genuine and cares for his patients, he looks after my entire family and is exceptional with kids. He is busy maybe that is why, i can highly recommend.
Worst treatment ever by a dr. Uncaring dismissive. When wishing to discuss an injury issue was told basically, times up make another appointment if you want to discuss this. “ so I can charge another fee”I asked for pain reliving medication, but was told no, due to liver problems, No other medical professionals have refused me this due to several health issues.
Am furious at the “treatment” my mum got from Dr Rayner. From my perspective, it was discriminatory at worst, and deeply offensive and insensitive at best. I would caution anyone in the area to think twice before going here or allowing loved ones to go here. Dr Rayner should be ashamed and embarrassed by his treatment of people with disabilities.
Friend had a truly awful experience with Dr M Rayner. DO NOT RECOMMEND seeing him. very dismissive, terrible accusatory attitude, went well outside of the purpose of the consultation, left patient feeling very frustrated and upset. Avoid.
After not going here for years I decided to book in. I booked online and then they text the day before to confirm. After arriving on the agreed day and time the told me I have no booking and sent me away. They claim they do not get online booking. Very unprofessional admin and service at the back end. I could not give any feedback on doctors because I have been sent away multiple times. Go to Ningi doctors.

I see Dr Amala Who is a fantastic doctor. I also see Dr Rayner. Who is also an exceptional Dr . I have only had wonderful experience with both of them. Very caring and listen to you you’re not pushed out the door, I have never found the receptionist to be rude always helpful. I have seen people pouring in the door the very patient. But on the other side of the fence I have seen in other practices as well aggressive patients that abuse the frontline receptionists. I work in the medical industry and that’s not pleasant to be abused.
I started seeing Dr Amala Bagul around 15 months ago after searching for a doctor who would take me seriously for practically my whole adulthood. I suffer with mental health issues, Scoliosis and a whole range of other health issues. My kids also see Amala and she is AMAZING with both my 3 year old and my Autistic 8 year old. She listens to all your concerns and takes them all very seriously. I have had to see other doctors in the centre who are all of very high standards also. I had to move to Caboolture 3 months ago and refuse to see any doctor closer to home, instead happily travelling the 30mins to see the doctor I trust! 10/10 recommend this doctors surgery and all the doctors who practice there. I have never had trouble getting an appointment quickly and never had a problem with the reception staff. The reception go above and beyond when booking appointments and never ever had to wait long on the phone
tried to find a private email on your website to make a complaint and couldn't find one. your doctors and nurses are great however the way the centre is managed has steadily declined over the years along with the poor attitude from reception on the phone. I spent 5 hours waiting for a telehealth phone call and when I called clinic 45 mins past appointment time reception was rude stating the disclaimer that the doctor would call me when they can. I had many other medical calls for young daughter to call today but afraid of missing the gp call I didn't make any of them. after the last phone call with reception calling them back to get spoken to so rudely is something I wasn't comfortable doing. hence wanting to privately email you or Facebook message. couldn't do either so public feedback it is. Your policies around telehealth appointment ti.e frames and how your reception communicates with the public needs to be re-acessed.
