I am extremely disappointed with this organization. Had a phone conversation for the role of Recovery worker which seemed really positive and was advised to send in my CV. Just received the knock back via email and to be honest feel a bit stabbed in the back. At least a follow up phone call with reasons why would have been more courageous. Defiantly doesn't line up with the company's values.
Terrible organisation. My partner, who is prone to falls and in need of somebody to assist her with shopping and general house work, has been left home alone on days she was told she would be getting a support worker. For 5 consecutive days, no worker has turned up, and nobody from Wellways has contacted her to let her know about the absences ahead of time. I have my own job that I must do, and cannot afford to keep taking time off work to do their job for them. Do not look to this group for help for any of your loved ones with a disability. Many calls will go unanswered.
These people have not helped my disabled friend.. thought you was ment too help. His house is a mess. He has dishes and rubbish everywhere. Pick yiur game up. I'm going too channel 9 a current affair about this
