Beyond awful.  I was double-charged as their machine did not work - complained & got no reply, no apology, no explanation. Prices are absurd - if at all possible AVOID. Terrible company.

Today, 18 August 2016, I had the same experience as mentioned - Parking Fee $13.00, put in $20 note and got $2 change.  Credit Card Fee of $5!! What an absolute rip off.  Will be asking for a refund.
7 September 2016.  Wrote to Wellington Airport Parking, explaining my situation.  Got a call on Monday and was advised that the $5 was a CREDIT ENTRY, not a fee as the machine had run out of $5 notes for change. Asked me to email my bank account and they would credit me, which I h, ave now received. there needs to be something done about this, or at least directions to the Kiosk so the matter can be sorted

As usual, a vast area of little slots that the airports seem to get away with charging you whatever they like as you are the captive audience.
