Useless for us.  Booked through Jetstar but confirmation of booking was incomplete.  When I contacted Park N Depart directly, they ignored my email and didn't get back to me after ringing them.  Do I just rock up and trust this Mickey Mouse outfit with my car and shuttle transfers when travelling with a kid? 
No, I just copped losing $26 and paid to park at the airport.  You live and learn.

Great service. I became separated from my travelling companion in Auckland and we both missed our flights. Raj looked after our car for an extra few hours without any penalty to us.
