We wish to express our thanks to Julie Deere and Damian Roberts and the staff of W. E. Hughes Removals for an excellent, friendly, efficient, and reliable service. This is the second time that we relocated with W E Hughes. We would definitely use the company should we relocate again. Both Julie and Damian are experienced, very friendly and helpful, and gave sound advices. We understand that both Julie and Damian are working in the business for more than 15 years. There were a couple of items which we forgot to mention in the quote and they were happy for me to include them.  The staff who collected the items and delivered them were polite and efficient. The furniture (including 2 TVs, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and sound equipments) were well packed into a container.  We received all furniture and boxes without any damage. The 4 pot plants were alive despite the heat wave at the time of relocation.

Great service from the office and by the workers. Removals are done right with W E Hughes.

I was told I would need a $65 tv storage box to transfer my tv safely. On arrival it was smashed in two places with 2 clear impact points on the box.
I alerted W E Hughes owner and sent through pictures. The owner then told me that I couldnt prove the tv wasnt already smashed as they hadnt seen me pack it. Overall a disappointing experience. 
Staff were great to deal with however.

Thanks to all at W E Hughes for a trouble free move.  The men who completed the move were extremely polite and very efficient at their job.  Would definitely use W E Hughes again

We recently used W E Hughs to move.  Their service was excellent from dealing with the office staff and the removalists that arrived on the day.  Very reliable and professional.  We will use them again when we move next.  Highly recommended.
