Denny visited our premises for a valuation yesterday, and he was extremely polite and respectful in his dealings with us. He was not intrusive at all and conducted his inspection of our property with utmost professionalism. Denny is a credit to the WBP team. Thank you for sending us such a dedicated and polite staff member. He represented WBP with distinction. The valuation came in at right mark and there were no hassles whatsoever. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Job well done!

If there was a zero star that's what I would give them they are not licensed property valuers that's why they state there only appraisers. They did a valuation on Two properties that we own, one is on twice the land, has a backyard, and an extra bedroom downstairs,and both properties came in at the same value, go figure even after two separate local estate agents valued the one on more land at approx 100_150 thousand more. This give me the impression that they have no idea

I wish if there is a zero star to give these people. We have got our house valuation done with these people and to my surprise they gave a very unexpected low valuation. They are just useless. Don’t ever even to go these guys for any property valuation. For a 31 Sq.m with all the inclusions( two on sweets and two kitchens with all other nice features) they said the valuation is only 270 for the house. On top of it they gave a valuation of land for 20k less when compared to my neighbours who did through other property valuers. Surprising we both next door they get higher value and we get lower value. So you can imagine the way they doing it.

I rate the service form these guys as 10 out of 10. I deal with quite a few different valuation firms with the work that I do so I can safely say that, they are quick with their turn around time, they are easy to deal with and their customer service is on point. Special mention to Jasmine who is always very helpful.

WBP is awful in valuation. The guy from WBP his name was Greg (he even didn't tell me his last name ) ,did valuation on my property on behalf of the bank for the morgage purpose . He valued my house 70,000 lower than the market price then reported that unfair valuation to the bank. Don't trust WBP . I wouldn't recommend WBP to anyone at all.
