These people did the valuation of my house.The same day other valuer did the Valuation of my House.There was a big difference over $105000.00 in the property value.Michael Tolhurst comments were property been average inside and outside.Other Valuers comments were good both outside and inside.We have three bathrooms ,Michael put 2 bathrooms.Local real estate agent valued the property $150000.00 more than this company. They are very unprofessional ,Michael never replies to phone calls comes late for valuation. Not recommended at all. I will give zero rating to this company. Michael Tolhurst very inexperienced and rude person. Absolute waste of money.
Disappointed with the valuation report .Worst property valuer in Melbourne and value was not in comparison to other sold properties in the area. When i asked about the reason they said apart from my property and location all the other property sold next are superior location and superior dwelling. What a stupid reasons which does not make any sense.
