I had a car accident, told by my insurance to choose a panelbeater on their list. I chose them because it was also suggested by a car mechanic I know. However, it's taking longer than expected. They just say they made the order but I feel no sense of urgency. I wasn't told earlier that the problem itself is Nissan until I received a call from my insurance almost 2 months from the accident. The problem here is no proper communication from panelbeater and insurance to the customer. I want to stick to my 1 star rating as I'm a disappointed customer.

They are efficient and professional. There approach to panel beating work is something I haven't seen in a long time. We would recommend them to anybody that needs professional panel beating.

Took my vehicle in this past week to have it repaired. The service down there is unbelievable. I dealt with a man by the name of Lee who was very easy to deal with. He also kept me up to date with what was happening along the way. Won’t be going anywhere else now. A++Services:&nbsp;Tires

Have had two jobs done now, first a new wing mirror fitted and paint matched, second was an entire side panel repaint. Super happy with both jobs and the quality of the small job is just as great as the second bigger job. Great communication and an efficient, friendly team! No issues with providing a loan car either, super easy - as with many workshops there is a $50 fee so that the next car user has as good an experience as you, just don't forget to let them know you'll need one

I’d just changed over number plates for my car at VTNZ whose staff watched me struggle for 15 mins to try and get my rear plate on the car - without offering to help - before I gave up. There was a bend in the base which was preventing the screw from going in.  I nipped across the road and without complaint the guys at Wayne Scott leapt into action, 5 mins later I was ready to go. They refused my offer of payment and sent me on my way with a smile. Kindness is never forgotten, and while I hope to never have to need their panelbeating services I want to pop a recommendation up for anyone searching for good people to do good work. Thank you!!
