We are absolutely stoked to commit our fleet to Taylor's care. The workshop is well organised, clean, a pleasure to visit. The restroom and waiting area are pristine.  Very happy with care and servicing of our vehicles

Received disgusting customer service from Mark Taylor. Had my car booked in for some work to be done, when I arrived in the morning to drop off the car said he couldn’t do the work because they were too busy. Mark was very rude and arrogant about the situation. Didn’t have the courtesy to give me a call letting me know after I had taken the morning off work to get my car sorted. I would not recommend Taylor Auto Electrical and avoid at all cost!

They "fix" things that never had a problem to begin with and then charge for ridiculous labour hours for their mistakes. They worked on my car to fix an indicator light, ended up triggering my airbag light on the way. They replaced a part that they later found out wasn't the issue as they put the car back together. They charged me for this. They then kept my car for 5 more days only to leave it in worse condition then I gave it to them in.  The part they ended up replacing was $200, they charged me $400 in Labour for a job that should have taken an hour at most (if the Google search I later made that diagnosed the problem on the first click, is any indication.) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!

I recently had my car fixed here I was given a courtesy vehicle problem was fixed by the afternoon and it drove really well. The staff are friendly and helpful I had my girlfriends car taken to Taylor autos to be fixed as I know that the vehicles issues will be fixed the first time and they also give accurate diagnosis of the mechanical electrical issue and a realistic timeframe for repair

Had my car breakdown and rang Taylor auto to book my car in to be fixed.  They sent two men and van and rope towed my vehicle to their workshop for no extra charge. They fixed the problem the same day. Excellent service 😊
