Best fish and chip shop in Wynnum/Manly. Not a fancy shop reminds me of old takeaways from childhood days and doesn't have eftpos but their food is amazing!!!! Fish, chips, hamburgers, Calamari - everything is delicious. Bacon burgers are fully loaded! Plus they are polite and friendly. Their fancy pants counterparts on the esplanades could learn a thing or two from this place. They are not on the foreshore but the waterfront is a short drive away. Worth it for the food. Good prices as well
Perfect every time, have been going to Waynes Takeaway since 2017. Beautiful food always, and beautiful people who own the shop! Definitely recommend the potato scallops!!
What can you say about the quality of the food here it’s outstanding not oily it’s taste is outstanding and qty is great we regularly go there most Friday nights we have tried others before here and we don’t look back you will not be disappointed

Decided to try Wayne's on a rainy Sunday after craving some hot chips, we got the cod pack with chips and salad and an extra piece of cod. The meal was fresh, well seasoned and SO delicious. It was well priced and the sizing was generous. The chips were really tasty and well seasoned. Don't let the store front deter you from trying this gem of a take-away joint! We will be back! :
