Got my eyebrows waxed yesterday morning. The staff seemed lovely how ever they never put anything on my eyebrows after the wax to sooth the skin. My eyebrows are still red raw a day later even with makeup and concealer trying to hide it and I have lumps under my actual eyebrow. I also had to fix the shape up myself at home 😑

Went in for a quote yesterday, spoke to three lovely ladies. Was relieved when I was quoted $120/$150 at most for brown to blonde bayalage, trim and a treatment included. The lady wrote down the quote and told me to show the other staff today what I was quoted. When I told one of the staff today what I wanted done and what I was quoted and told, she was very rude in saying no the price for what you want done is $250/$270 and extra for treatment. Yet one of the ladies who was involved in the discussion yesterday was doing a clients hair and didn't say anything. Didn't bother asking why I was quoted so differently just left. Definitely don't recommend
