I've been getting my hair cut at Hi Lites for maybe 2 years now and I have never once been disappointed with their work. Demi always does a great job of looking after me, is attentive and remembers our past conversations. The prices are fantastic. I'd certainly recommend Hi Lites.

I found the lady that I talked to was really very rude and condescending towards me, she kept referring to me as "You people" when I said I didn't buy shampoo and conditioner at a salon and then again when I said I was only using toners on my hair, she was really rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.  I am a single mum of 2 children and don't deserve to be talked down at because I can't spend $30+ on a shampoo. I went in there to ask for advice and get a hair cut but walked out of there not given an answer to my question or a hair cut only feeling horrible about myself and so put down, the worst conversation with a Hair Dresser that I have ever experienced.  When I first walked in there I though what a nice place but that quickly changed within minutes of talking to one of the ladies who had a horrible attitude, I won't be going there again for anything, such a shame because I just moved here and was hoping to find a good local hairdresser I'm glad she has weeded herself out and I can actually find a nice person to do my hair.

Not impressed at all. I wanted to keep the  length of my hair just needed the very ends snipped off  and have a thinning the young lady who did my hair chopped way more off then I had wanted and after I stressed how much I wanted to keep my length she had still taken a fair chunk out she started at the back so I didnt see until she came to the front then she proceeded to thin my hair now I do understand how thinning works but now i have a fair amount of noticable chunks where it looks like a 6 year old attempted to cut my hair and a huge section of my hair is now half the length it originally was luckily it's the middle section so I can hide majority of it but unfortunately for the price i paid it wasnt worth it and I dont have any intentions on returning in the future.

Not often you get a salon where every hairdresser is very good, but Hi Lites is excellent. Highly recommend.

Extremely talented! Extremely friendly! Allow you to talk your head off while they can still concentrate on your hair cut! Wonderful!!!

Dropped in out of the blue wanting to support a local family business that had toughed  it out during iso. Got a fantastic hair cut from Chloe who was polite and professional.Keep it up guys!
