Fully self contained cottage 4km from Wave Rock in the Hyden townsite

Story

Newly renovated cottage with French Provincial theme located 4km from Wave Rock in the townsite of Hyden.

The cottage is self contained and consists of 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and a port-a-cot (on request).

Price
$140 single/couple $20 per adult there after and $10 per child. No charge for baby/toddler in port-a-cot. Prices vary on public holiday, long weekends and local/regional event days.
** 20% discount for stays more than 1 night! (not applicable to long weekends, public holidays and local/regional event days)

KIDS
Very child friendly. Child friendly crockery, toys, DVD's!!

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing and policy does not apply after the booking has commenced.

14 days+ notice:
Refund of monies paid less cancellation administration fee of $30

Within 14 days from arrival date:
If the cottage is able to be rented out you are eligible for a refund. If the booking tariff is less than your original booking you will be liable for the difference. (i.e., your booking was $200 and the replacement booking is $140 you will be liable for the shortfall of $60 plus $30 administration fee as mentioned above)

All other refund requests are at the discretion of the property manager.

Cancellation fee ($30):
This may be redeemed when booking your next holiday with us (provided the rebooking is within 12 months of the cancellation date). When the cancellation refund is received, a letter will also be attached. This letter, will act as a voucher for the $30 cancellation fee. This original voucher must be presented on arrival for this to be honoured.

Refund conditions:
Providing the necessary notice has been given and you are able to receive a refund, the remaining deposit will be refunded by the same method in which they were originally paid.

ALL REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AT THE END OF EVERY MONTH.
DOG POLICY
All dogs are to remain outside due to health regulations and the guaranteed comfort of future guests.
Should your dog, whilst on our property, cause harm to a employee or damage to any property then a claim will be made against your current Home and Contents Policy. This must be made available, on request, to the management of Wave Rock Country Cottage. Any additional internal or external cleaning required due directly to your dog then a charge of a minimum of $55 will be made against you. By booking in and staying at Wave Rock Country Cottage with your dog you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
