We booked a cottage for $352 for a night during post Christmas period. Apparently they moved us to Blue Cottage at the 11th hour from originally allotted Green Cottage - to accommodate a new family. The place is elegant and well furnished. However, there were no supplies in the bath room. There was no warning about mosquitoes and we all were scratching at midnight. This is advertised as accommodation with wifi but one needs to travel over 100 meters from the cottage to get wifi signal from the office - if one is that desperate. We were disappointed because we didn't expect misinformation and, this level of shabby management.

Absolutely immaculate. Rooms and kitchen area spotless. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Although people we know had problems with this place being flakey and unprofessional, we still had to stay there because there wasn't many other option. We could not even get a decent coffee or a glass of orange juice without the staff acting as if we were asking for a personal sacrifice. There weren't even double beds in any of the rooms, we had to push 2 single beds together. The breakfast consisted of soggy eggs, fatty bits of bacon and toast. When mentioned the exorbitant price of breakfast, the catty young man responded with, and I quote, "Well, if you can make breakfast in Kendenup for under $30, you're welcome to it." What a sad waste of money and time.
