Thankyou for a great place where our family could celebrate mothers day. Our grand kids had a ball in the play area, Thankyou.nMy wife said the beef pie was delicious, she doesn't normally buy pies. So that's a big compliment to your kitchen
I just want to say a huge thank you to Sarah. She noticed we were struggling to locate certain areas of the hotel. She was kind and made us feel like we were not a burden with all the questions we had. She truely went above and beyond to made sure we had a comfortable stay.
Rooms nice and clean, but a chair or two would have been wonderful, especially with the space in the room. Easy access to trains. Parking great. Ales were nice and chilled. Impressed that the red wines, were checked for freshness prior to being served. Compliments to your staff on that!!
The Food was made and cooked incorrectly not inline with the menu. Even worse when we tried to amend this the manager at the time offered 0 assistance and even offered more drinks wonder if she is working inline with her rsa. We traveled from the gold coast to eat at the most overrated place i have experienced in 30 years to have rude management and a chief that is completely incompetent ruin my experience.nnIts obvious they are cutting corners with ingredients and the labour of making food and would suggest going to a local RSL before waiting time here. In addition to this I made contact with the manager today to address this issue and it was completely obvious that he is not interested 1 bit in this place which led to a verbal altercation I admit i could have handled myself better that being the case if you go here and dont get what you paid for then suck it up because there not interested in customer satisfaction or quality in the slightest.
Really good deals especially on a Monday with the chicken parmigiana being only $21! However, massive let down with no Napoli sauce! The sauce is a MUST have and this would have boosted this rating. Otherwise good times!
