Fantastic experience with Fran. She listened to what I wanted and also gave some of her own advice. I prefer a quiet appointment and was able to relax without having to chat which is a big plus for me. The cut is perfect. Fran was so kind and positive and put my daughter at ease for her haircut which, although self choice, was going to be quite a big change. Also organised for her hair to be donated which was a wonderful bonus.

Went for a big change and a new one at that. I have curly/frizzy hair which Toni noticed so she asked me what prducts I use daily and she made sure I was able to work with my desired cut away from the salon. She suggested ways to work with it in it's natural state as well as straightened. She was absolutely amazing! She knew what she was talking about and she did a fantastic job with it. My partner absolutely adores my new cut and I have had many many many compliments on it
