.Last week I had foils done. No toner was used. The woman just washed my hair and didn't even check with my hairdresser about toner,  but my hairdresser should have seen this when I was back in my chair.   Also the shampoo lady asked me what shampoo  i want her to use. Uh isn't that up to you ? - surely she should know the best for just highlighted hair... my hair is yellow.  The ends are fried and tatty and I had a trim. It feels brittle.   Hair has snapped off .The hairdresser  didn't even show show me the back of my  head. I am not going back to have it fixed as I don't trust them.  Will never go back. So annoyed.
